Returns

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
• Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, customized items, and items marked as “Final Sale.”
• Process: Contact us at fragrancemalls4u@gmail.com to initiate a return. Approved returns will include shipping instructions.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
